SHIPPING POLICY
We strive to ship all orders within 48 hours on normal business days, with the exclusion of weekends and holidays, in which case your order will ship on the next business day.
Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm Eastern Standard Time.
Domestic
We ship from Long Island, NY via U.S. Postal Service and most domestic packages should be delivered in 3-5 days.
Free shipping is offered for all domestic orders of $49.95 or more.
International
We ship via U.S. Postal Service and most international packages should be delivered in 5-20 days, depending on the country we’re shipping to.
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees which are levied once a shipment arrives in your country. Additional charges for customs clearance are the sole responsibility of the recipient; Male Power has no control over these charges, and we cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimate. Malepowerofficial.com is not responsible for additional import taxes, customs duties and fees.
All merchandise shipped from malepowerofficial.com is packed in nondescript pouches or boxes, and the return address reads as MP Apparel.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are unhappy with your purchase within 30 days, please shoot us a note and we will guide you through the returns process.
​If all the criteria below are met, exchanges will be free, and returns will be refunded to the original method of payment upon our receipt/inspection of the return.
To help the process move along, we encourage you to take photos of the item/issues and reason when submitting a return before shipping back.
We reserve the right to inspect the returned item and determine all the criteria was met before processing a refund/exchange.
Any returns for exchange/refund MUST be in their original Male Power packaging.
No exceptions.
Exchange/refunds will ONLY be applied to manufacturing defective items or incorrectly received item/sizing.
No exceptions.
Exchange/refunds will NOT be applied to customer size ordering issues.
Size charts are available for every product. Please reach out in advance with any questions or concerns about sizing.
Exchange/refunds will NOT be applied to worn items.
For obvious reasons we cannot accept returns for washed or worn items.
If you receive free shipping for a promotional minimum order price and your return causes your order to drop below the minimum; the applicable shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
To initiate a return, please send an email to info@malepower.com that includes your name, order number, and reason for return. Photos are encouraged.
We offer free return postage for U.S. orders.
Return postage is not provided for international orders (including Canada).
